Beautiful space and extremely professional staff. I’ve been going for a few years now for RF micro-needeling and facial peels to aid with resurfacing and pigmentation. Not only are the providers at MD Beauty Lab incredible results oriented, they're thorough in their prep, process and post procedure care instructions. If you want results and a methodical approach to success this is the place.

I have been seeing the providers at MD Beauty Lab at MD beauty lab for three years now. When I started my Botox adventure I was pretty nervous but that melted away quickly after meeting Thai, along with my wrinkles she made the process easy, educational and worked with me to get my desired results. I couldn’t be more pleased. And I can’t leave a review without mentioning their beautiful location. From the moment you get off the elevator the entire ambience of the place makes you feel relaxed and in good hands.
I highly recommend MD Beauty Lab for botox! Parking was plentiful, safe and free. The receptionist was genuinely kind, great listener, and very professional. They kindly and professionally guided my Botox experience and gave great advice and education about the process and what would happen after the appointment. I will definitely be back!
I’ve been going here for 2+ years now for Botox with providers at MD Beauty Lab and I must say she’s the best hands down. I have wanted to Botox so many different parts of my face from my forehead to my masseter muscles to my gummy smile and more, and she always answers all my questions and walks me through different ways to tackle whatever I want to change, while also not going overboard. I love that she recommends starting slow and then adjusting as we see how my body reacts since dosage should be adjusted as each person is different.
When you are ready to make improvements on your skin - you are ready for the amazing providers at MD Beauty Lab, who uses the knowledge of science and the skills of her artistry across multiple skin - care treatments. I have seen Martha for the Plasma Rich Protein Microneedling treatment. It was less stressful on my skin, less redness and the healing time was faster than the regular microneedling treatment I have had in the past. My face and skin feel and look healthier and younger.
I have also done a couple laser hair removing sessions with Martha and am so excited to not have to shave all the time. She is very gentle and professional while distracting me when we hit a tender spot.
She has also helped me up my facial routine and suggested products and when to use them specific for my skin. She is amazing and I am thankful for all her help keeping my skin healthy and glowing.

I met Colleen Phillips at a skincare event at Dr. Obrien's office. I've always had acne scarring and asked Colleen what she would recommend to improve the smoothness/texture of my skin. I ended up having laser (pixel) on my face. Colleen was wonderful and she too gave me very realistic expectations. My skin was not perfect after a treatment, but considerably improved. PPS got a new laser in March -this one a fractional laser. Colleen talked me through the difference in this laser vs. the pixel, and the benefits of this new laser. I had a full face treatment with the new laser and was extremely pleased how much less painful this was after the treatment. The healing was also much better than the previous laser, and I have to say I'm still seeing my skin improve 4 weeks later! I really appreciated that Colleen is conscientious of my budget and is really honest about results that I can expect. I plan to do some spot treatments next fall with the laser.
I completely trust Dr. Obrien and Colleen. I would recommend them to anyone that needs or wants to improve the look of themselves.

She also will sometimes recommend something different than I ask for if she thinks I’ll get a better result and she’s never steered me wrong.
The business overall is very professional, everyone who works there is so kind and helpful, the prices are competitive, parking is great especially for Portland! If you’re deciding between different places to get injections or treatments done just come here you won’t regret it.

After sitting down for maybe two minutes, I was taken back to the consultation room by Ashley and a minute later, Colleen came in to see me. She listened to my concerns about the skin tags growing around my eyes. She said, "I know they said you would have to come back, but I have time now and I can take care of this for you today if you'd like."
Yes, you read that correctly. A medical professional offering to make things easier for her patient.
I had time so I agreed to go through the minor procedure right then and there. Colleen took time to explain exactly what she was going to do and how long it would take. The procedure went incredibly well. I had more than 20 skin tags removed from around my eyes; many of them were in really difficult spots right along the eyelids. Many of them were really small and required a really calm, steady hand. There was only a minimum amount of discomfort and Colleen talked me through the whole procedure.
As a social worker, I really appreciate all they did. Skin tags around the eyes are not a big deal to most people but the size and location of mine were really something that embarrassed me.

Colleen Phillips, who is wonderful, did some filler on my face and suggested we try 1/2 syringe. A lot of places would probably suggest more right off the bat, but she did a great job and that's all I needed. I'm very happy. :)

Wonderful professional practitioners, great place to get Botox and more. Location is easy to get to and parking is abundant.
One of the Best Facial Experiences, I've ever had. Martha was very accommodating to my skin concerns and what was the best path for my sensitive and dry skin. She is very knowledgeable about the products that she will use on you and going through each step of what they do for your skin during the process. I will continue to go to her for these treatments in the future because of the difference it has made to my skin from dry and red to more toned and less blotchy. And plus*** the new office was very welcoming and easy to find from the previous location. Parking is easy too which is a plus for Downtown PDX areas.

Martha is my skin girl, always. I trust her to decide my skin treatment with each appointment and I've never been disappointed - honestly the results almost always exceed my expectations. I established care with Martha I lived much closer, but I've since moved and now travel 5 hours (one way) to see her several times a year. Totally worth it!
Very inviting and informative staff. I enjoy getting Botox here. The provider (I forget her name) did a great job of explaining to me how she was placing the Botox and the effects I would get. She was also great about not upselling me on additional units that I didn't need. Highly recommend.
